  • Do you offer inclusive sizes?

Yes! We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your Purple Planet designs. That’s why we’re offering custom sizes in select styles for those who want the perfect fit or are outside our XS-L stocked size range. Check out our Sizing page for more details.

  • Do you offer returns?

Of course! We offer free and easy returns. See our full policy outlined on our Return Policy page.

  • When will my order arrive?

All in-stock orders will be shipped in 2-4 business days. All custom orders require an additional 1-2 weeks for production. Your chosen shipping timeframe will be added on top of this production time. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us via email to arrange PRIOR to ordering.

  • My item is damaged on arrival, what now?

If you believe an item you purchased arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the area(s) in question and provide as much detail as you can. We will assist you from there with an outcome. Faulty items must be unworn.

  • How should I care for my new clothing?

Please HAND WASH with gentle soap and HANG DRY your Purple Planet clothing to preserve its beauty and longevity. Machine washing and drying may scratch the crystals and degrade the materials. If you cannot bring yourself to wash by hand, for heaven’s sake please turn the item inside out and put it inside a lingerie bag on a delicate cycle with gentle detergent. Spot clean all accessories and harnesses only.

  • Do you take commission work?

Yes, we welcome requests to make the outfit of your dreams come true! Previous custom projects have included apparel for TV appearances, full body harnesses, costumes, music festival outfits, and childrenswear. Email us to discuss a quote.
