We offer FREE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES within 30 DAYS of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

THE DETAILS - Easy and painless

Exchanges – We know that it can be difficult and frustrating to buy clothing online. We want you to be happy with your Purple Planet purchases and make it easy for you to try on another size or style. Enjoy free exchange shipping on us and shop with less stress. Once your return is accepted, we will send a custom discount code for free shipping on your next order. 

Within 30 Days - You must request a return within 30 days of purchase. No returns are accepted over 30 days. Returns must be dropped off at the specified shipping carrier within 5 days of receiving your return label via email.

Free Return Shipping - All orders shipped to the Continental US are eligible for free return via a prepaid shipping label. We cannot provide return shipping on international orders. We do not refund initial order shipping charges. We are not responsible for loss or damage to products during shipment. 

Product Conditions - Any returned product(s) must be received in new or unworn condition with their original packaging. Items that arrive damaged, used, or are missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee determined by the condition of the item or may be rejected entirely.

If a product is deemed unfit for return, we will notify you that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued. We hate to needlessly waste our handcrafted creations and are happy to offer the following options if your return is rejected:

  1. The product will be shipped back to you at a shipping cost of $10; or
  2. The product will be recycled and repurposed to the best of our ability.

If you do not select one of the above options within 10 days of receiving the return rejection notice, the product will be recycled. 

Exclusions - We cannot accept returns of final sale items or custom sizes.


THE STEPS - To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email a completed Returns Form to
  2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label by email once we review your order. For orders outside the Continental US, customers are responsible for purchasing a label and sending the item(s) back to our warehouse.
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label and affix to original packaging if possible.
  4. Simply drop the package off at the shipping carrier’s closest location within 5 days of receiving your shipping label.
  5. We will receive and review the products you have returned. If the returned products have met all of our return policy requirements, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email.


We are only able to credit the original payment method used to make the purchase. We do not refund initial order shipping charges so the amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow up to 5 business days for the payment to process.
